With their clients at the centre of everything they do, Vital Parts Limited, based on the Parkwood Industrial Estate in Maidstone, has generated year on year growth of around 85% for the 2017/2018 period and are on track to take growth even higher for the 2018/2019 fiscal year, anticipating a final figure of around 94%.
Vital Parts manufacture and distribute unique and bespoke plastic, rubber and metal components for a raft of different industries and currently have over 20,000 different parts in their inventory.
A high level of growth has meant that Vital Parts have taken on 12 new staff members over the last year and anticipate the need for the addition of another 30 employees over the next 18 months.
Managing Director, Mike Holt, has pledged to focus on future expansion and investment in operations and facilities. In a recent interview he has said;
“We’ve always had a customer first approach and are now looking at where we need to invest in order to maintain, sustain and further grow the business. We have set aside some £700,000 to cater for future expansion within Kent and we are in the process of further recruitment into the New Year. With new projects in our pipeline we will be recruiting across all of our business divisions from now into 2019.”
